David was born October 22, 1942 in San Francisco, CA. He passed away peacefully in his sleep, one week before his 74th birthday, on October 16, 2016 in Draper, Utah.

He is survived by his brother Jean and sister-in-law Mary, who were his caregivers before his passing. Also survived by his children Brent and Qiana. Preceded in death by his son Gregory, brother George, parents Frank and Margaret and his longtime companion Myrle.
